Interreg Atlantic Area Programme Annual Event
On the 13th of November, the Interreg Atlantic Area Programme Annual Event will take place at Porto's Centro de Congressos da Alfândega, under the theme: “Building a sustainable and cohesive Atlantic: why do Interreg Atlantic projects matter?”, organised in different sub-themes moderated by Mercedes Acitors, INTERACT:  
 
Marine sector innovation: IFADO (Innovation in the framework of the Atlantic deep Ocean) - Francisco Campuzano, Higher Technical Institute;
Energy transition: GEOATLANTIC (Boosting local ecosystems for the use of geothermal energy) - Raúl González, Concello de Ourense;
Greener Atlantic: SEAFUEL (Sustainable integration of renewable fuels in local transportation) - Bill Ireland, Logan Energy;
Cultural identity: ATLAS.WH (Heritage in the Atlantic Area: sustainability of the Urban World Heritage Sites) - Sofia Alves, Municipality of Porto.
